OCIA stands for Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (formally known as RCIA -Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults). It is a journey of discovery for unbaptized adults, baptized Christians considering becoming Catholic, or anyone wanting to learn more about the Faith. Through inquiry, the company of other Catholics, and the care of our pastors, the fullness of Catholic tradition is shared in a friendly, nurturing environment. Though many inquirers become Catholic, there is no obligation.
