There are many great devotional books to help us grow spiritually during Lent, but fiction can also  be a mirror for the soul. 148 pages, The Great Divorce, Lewis’s fictional version of the afterlife, can be a great starting point for self-reflections at the beginning of Lent. We hope you will join us! Questions, contact Mary Pat McBride at 402-314-1296 or marypatmcbride8@gmail.com.

Lenten Series on the Eucharist

In this year of the Eucharist Revival, the priests of St. Teresa Parish will lead a 3-part Lenten Series on the Eucharist. Each session will include a short video from Bishop Robert Barron who offers insights into the mystery of Christ’s presence in our lives and the centrality of the Eucharist. We will study the reality of the Eucharist as a sacred meal, the sacrifice necessary for communion with God, and the real presence of Christ. The Lenten series will be held Feb 25, March 3, and March 10 from 7-8pm in Kaczmarek Hall. You may attend as many or as few of the sessions as you would like.
