Dear Saint Teresa Parishioners,
Please take time to review the new and updated parish announcements. You are always welcome to call the parish office for information or with questions.
May God bless you and keep you!
:: NEW & UPDATED PARISH ANNOUNCEMENTS ::
Our parish’s Titular Feast Day is October 1st! (Titular = title, name)
Although, due to health restrictions, we are unable to celebrate in the way we would like,—together as a community—we are encouraged to make this day special for ourselves and our families. A special meal with desert (Chocolate Eclairs were Thérèse’s favorite treat), roses in the home or brought to the altar, special prayers, music, or litanies, encouraging young girls to dress as a Carmelite nun, adoration, attendance at Mass—all of these things honor our patroness and make the day special for us.
The confession schedule has been the same for several weeks—this is only a reminder for the times that confessions are currently offered. Thanks always for your patience while things change, adjust, and change again as we work toward getting back to a normal schedule as a parish!
Confessions will be heard before daily Masses on Thursdays & Fridays beginning 30 minutes before Mass and stopping 10 minutes before Mass.
Confessions are also heard from 3-4pm on Saturdays and again after the Vigil Mass from 5-5:15 (or until the last confession is heard).
- There will NOT be an Altar Society meeting in October.
- On Mon, Sept 28th, join the Altar Society for fun and service making beds at the Waverly Retreat Center. Meet at 9am or 7pm in the church parking lot. Contact Theresa (402-440-2617) for more information or to confirm your attendance.
RCIA Classes have begun! Everyone is welcome to attend—non-Catholics who want to learn more or are interested in converting, and Catholics who seek to expand their knowledge of the Faith. Meetings are Thursdays from 7:30-9pm in the Marian Room. Call the parish office to register (402-477-3979).

Eucharistic Adoration: Updates!
Due to the wonderful response to our initial resumption of Adoration, we decided to try it every day for 7 weeks, starting Sun, Oct 4 through Weds, Nov 25. If you have some flexibility on what day you can attend, please try to take a day that is almost full so we can have as many full days as possible. If we can't fill enough hours on a particular day, you are still welcome to have a holy hour at that time, but we might not be able to have Eucharistic Adoration that day. Please consider signing up for one hour a week for 7 weeks. If it goes well, we can look at the next two months. God bless you for giving of your time! The sign-up genius link is HERE.
